Your-Lifestore.com provides a 14 day warranty on all items sold to cover defaults in manufacturer only. This is in addition to any statutory rights.

In the unlikely event that a product is found to be faulty the (Overseas)customer should make contact immediately in order to obtain an RMA number. This request should be made via e-mail. Returns WILL NOT be accepted without an RMA number.

Accidental damage or damage due to misuse or neglect of the product is not covered by our warranty, although we do offer chargeable repair in such situations. Please note: Customer is liable for return postage costs.
