Upon successful fund transfer, customers are required to update the status of payment via our website and orders will be processed within 1 working day. Please transfer the amount to our POSB Savings Bank Account - 062 369 680 , After you have done so, please email or phone us the transaction reference number.
For singapore customers transferring from a different bank EG: UOB, Citibank, HSBC etc, you may need to provide your bank with our 3 digit branch code - 081 . For internet banking users, Please also note that the funds will take about 3 working days before it reaches our posb bank account after a transaction, this only applies to customer transfering from a different bank aside to posb or dbs
Customers may also proceed to any POSB / DBS ATMs to make a direct fund transfer to our bank account. Upon successful fund transfer, customers are required to update the status of payment via our website and orders will be processed within 1 working day.
