We make every effort to immediately ship all orders placed and paid for by 2:00pm Singapore Time. Out-of-stock orders will ship once the item is back in stock. We will send you the shipping notice once the item is back in stock and has been shipped.
All goods are shipped via our Local Parcel Service (Singapore Post) or UPS Express Delivery. Delays are not the responsibility of your-lifestore.com however we will act in the customer's behalf to solve freight problems with the appropriate carrier.
Note: We do not charge any sales tax for our products. However International customer may be subjected to your country import duties and taxes once the shipment reaches your country. Please check with the customs department in your country about its importation policies to avoid unexpected customs fees and duties. We are NOT responsible for any sales taxes, customs duties of other taxes charged by your customs department.
For overseas customers, We use UPS Express courier services for fast shipping, should you require your goods urgently. Delivery lead time will take at most 1 - 3 working days depending on your country.
Please allow 1-4 Working Days for Local Parcel Delivery to Singapore & Malaysia Customers only , All goods will be shipped via singapore post (Normal Mail Service)
We encourage all overseas customers to use our Singapore local air parcel delivery service, Rates will be cheaper but your shipment might take a little longer to reach you. Estimated time of delivery 1-10 working days depending on your country. Simply select the appropriate delivery options when checking out
Shipping cost and delivery options will be provided and automatically calculated during checkout. These rates are the standard rates provided by UPS Express Courier Service, As our server is connected to UPS , shipping rates are always up to date and automatically calculated
We ship Your-Lifestore.com products internationally. International orders and shipping times tend take a few days longer than domestic orders.

Please kindly indicate your Residential address or your company address when filling in your shipping details. UPS Express will not accept any PO BOX addresses.
